[Herddb-dev] Releasing 0.15?

Are we ready for 0.15?

We did great enhancements, in particular about network failures and we
learned a lot of corner case pitfalls.
We also upgraded Calcite (thank you Amit for working on this long standing
issue)

We should perform a few benchmarks.
I am a little sorry that we didn't have time to include the new consistency
checker from Hama, hopefully we will see it on 0.15.1 or 0.16
